What Does a Paving Site Evaluation Involve?

A proper site evaluation from our local asphalt paving contractors helps identify existing conditions, potential problem areas, and the best approach for long-term performance. For example, widespread or interconnected cracking often suggests base failure, while isolated cracks may be more manageable. Drainage is also carefully reviewed. Standing water or improper slope can accelerate deterioration and weaken the foundation over time. High-traffic areas, entry points, and tight turning zones tend to wear faster and may require reinforced solutions.
